Remote Support

Charm City PC provides most of our services in-house.  We also offer remote support for a variety of service needs.  Can’t make it in to drop off?  Out of town and need assistance?  Chances are we can do the same great quality work remotely.  Remote support can be scheduled for anytime during normal business hours or after-hours for a nominal fee.  To schedule a remote session, please call our shop directly at 410-575-1163.


Our Help Desk personnel are professionals with more experience than the average entry-level “help desk” staff.  They are experts at network and system administration who are not working from a troubleshooting script.  Instead, they use their real world experience and knowledge to get you working again as quickly as possible and always with your productivity in mind..
